Data Entry Specialist – US Shift (Remote) (Contractual – 1 year)
About the Role: This is a full-time contractual role (1 year) requiring 8 hours of work per day , Monday to Friday , aligned with US hours (starting at 5:00 PM IST to 1:30 AM IST (with 30 minutes of break)). As a Data Entry Specialist , you’ll play a vital role in improving the quality and structure of PriceLabs’ CRM data – the foundation of all our sales insights and reporting. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, solving problems, and improving processes. You’ll get hands-on exposure to how a fast-growing SaaS company manages global operations, and you’ll be encouraged to propose automation ideas that make everyday work more efficient. Key Responsibilities: Maintain CRM data quality : Audit, clean, and organize lead and account data to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems. Support automation and efficiency: Identify repetitive tasks and collaborate with the team to build simple automations (e.g., via Zoho workflows, n8n, or Zapier) Conduct secondary research : Enrich CRM records by researching company and contact information from reliable sources. Build and maintain reports : Assist in updating dashboards that track Sales performance, outreach, and account health. Collaborate across teams: Partner with Sales, Marketing, SDRs, and Data Ops to ensure data alignment and process continuity. Support operational initiatives: Help with one-time projects such as data audits, CRM cleanups, or migration activities. You’ll develop automation and analytical skills through real-world problem-solving You’ll work closely with multiple international teams , gaining exposure to sales, data operations, and marketing processes.
