Assisting passengers with flight reservations, changes, cancellations, and itinerary updates. Handling baggage-related inquiries, tracking, and lost luggage claims. Facilitating check-in procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. Providing information on flight schedules, destinations, and travel policies. Resolving passenger issues with a friendly and solution-oriented approach. Collaborating with various departments to ensure a seamless travel experience for our passengers. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. Ability to work remotely and independently while maintaining high productivity. Proficiency in using reservation and ticketing software. Flexibility to work in a 24/7 operation with rotating shifts and weekends. High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor degree is a plus).
