**Key Responsibilities:**
* Monitor and moderate online discussions to ensure compliance with community guidelines and rules
* Manage and remove inappropriate content, including but not limited to:
+ Inflammatory or abusive language
+ Spam or self-promotional posts
+ Off-topic or irrelevant content
* Relocate off-topic posts to the appropriate forums to maintain the integrity of discussions
* Foster a positive and supportive environment by engaging with forum members, answering questions, and providing guidance when needed
* Collaborate with the community management team to develop and implement strategies for maintaining a respectful and engaging online community
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Basic English writing skills are essential for effective communication
