They are seeking an Inside Sales Associate to analyze customer specifications, generate quotations, and collaborate with engineering and sales teams to ensure customer needs are met.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and interpret Customer specifications and generate quotations using advanced knowledge of Engineering capability, requirements and ProductWork with Customers to understand and assess equipment needs, making recommendations as neededKeep project and client data in CRM up to dateOrganize and evaluate data for incoming projectsAssist in preparation and submission of quotesCollaborate with Engineering Team and Purchasing Team to ensure that pricing structures are appropriateMaintain an organized and accessible digital file system for administrative and sales professionalsHandle any necessary administrative work including filing reports or presenting sales team with necessary documentsEngage in follow up conversations with Customers and Potential Customers to convert Open Opportunities into Sales OrdersFollow up internally with engineering and production to ensure timely responses to clientsCollaborate with other members of Sales & Marketing Team, as well as external Sales Representatives to establish additional avenues for acquiring new customers and plans for meeting Order Intake goalsAttend daily/weekly internal Sales MeetingsOther duties and responsibilities that arise as a result of changing objectivesEnsure IMS System implementation, compliance and continuous improvementAdhere to International Safety Standard in personal and professional conduct to ensure safety of Self, peers, Customers & VendorsSkillsSignificant experience in administrative/operational role supporting a Sales/Business Development teamExperience in working for a business that manufactures a custom-made product (distribution counts), strong preference for individuals that have worked in the electrical or Power industryExperience with CRM systems and excellent Excel skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access)Excellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenStrong client service skillsExcellent time-management skills and the ability to prioritize tasksExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsAdaptable and eager to learn; self-starter who is willing to wear multiple hats to accomplish goals and can work independently w/o supervision once trainedTeam-orientedSomeone who thinks outside the box and brings new ideasThrives in a fast-paced environmentHighly organized and detail-orientedBilingual Spanish speaking skills strongly preferredBenefitsHealth insuranceDental insuranceLife insuranceVision insurance401(k) matchingPaid time offParental leaveProfessional development assistanceReferral programTuition reimbursementCompany OverviewAbout GameChange BOS GameChange BOS delivers Balance of Systems (BOS) solutions including transformers for Renewable Energy, BESS, Utilities, C&I, and Data Center applications.
