Essential Qualifications
5+ years of golf experience, with a deep understanding of the game and its equipment
Knowledge of the Titleist product line, including golf clubs, balls, and accessories
Golf club fitting experience, with the ability to analyze customer needs and recommend suitable products
Familiarity with top component brands, including their features, benefits, and applications
Ability to engage and inspire dedicated golfers with Titleist brand and product knowledge
Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner, tailored to the customer's knowledge level
Able to type at least 35 words per minute, with strong communication skills in text form
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field, with a focus on providing exceptional customer experiences
Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Chrome browser and stable internet connectivity
