Key Responsibilities

Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and kindly with all levels of customers and providers
Ability to work independently with little to no supervision, and efficiently execute multiple tasks at once
Strong data entry skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to quickly adapt to changes and modifications, and think critically to resolve customer complaints and concerns
Equipped with a PC with Windows 10 or above, internet connection, and a quiet workspace


Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment
Experience with appointment scheduling and medical terminology (preferred)
Strong technical skills, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly
Ability to work a 40-hour shift, with flexibility to work day shifts
