**Job Summary**

As a Real-Time Analyst II, you'll play a critical role in overseeing customer care operations, labor force management, and data analysis. You'll work closely with our customer care team to identify areas of improvement, develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, and analyze data to inform business decisions. **Key Responsibilities**

* Analyze customer care data in real-time to identify trends, patterns, and areas of improvement
* Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, including process improvements and labor force management initiatives
* Collaborate with the customer care team to identify areas of improvement and develop solutions to address them
* Analyze data to inform business decisions, including metrics such as response time, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
* Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other data visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders
* Work closely with the labor force management team to optimize labor scheduling, forecasting, and resource allocation
* Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including customer care leaders, labor force management leaders, and other business partners
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer care and labor force management

**What You'll Need**

* 2+ years of experience in labor force management, customer care, or a related field
* Strong understanding of labor force management principles, including scheduling, forecasting, and resource allocation
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders at all levels
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
* Experience with labor force management software, such as Kronos or Verint, is a plus
* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, operations management, or a related field

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Master's degree in a related field, such as business, operations management, or a related field
* Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
* Experience with programming languages, such as Python or SQL
* Experience with labor force management software, such as Kronos or Verint
* Certification in labor force management or a related field
