Transportation and Logistics Virtual Assistant for US-based clients

ABOUT THE JOB...
Open to Philippine residents and Full-timers ONLY!
One of our US-based clients is looking for an experienced Transportation and logistics Virtual Assistant to join their team remotely for a full-time work.
Salary starts at $ 800 per month complete with HMO and PTOs
RESPONSIBILITIES: (please read through and make sure you are experienced with the tasks and can confidently deliver expectations)
Ā Preparing reports and maintaining appropriate filing systems
Ā Updating retired units in our inventory daily.
Ā Logging in Units to our shops as needed: sold/non-op
Ā Providing scanned copies of titles to our sales reps. Within 24 hours
Ā Light DMV functions, such as:
Ā Requesting DMV Quotes within 24 hours
Ā Request for lien releases or payoffs within 24 hours
Ā Mail License plates weekly
Ā Fill out DMV or overpayment check request form within 24 hours.
Ā Run Maintenance reports.
Ā Run vin Audits weekly.
Ā Release of liability weekly
Ā Create UPS labels as needed.
Ā Create POs for vendors or shops by the end of shift daily.
Ā Assist with new projects as needed.
Ā Maintaining sold list in real time
Ā Miscellaneous job responsibilities within the dealership.
MUST HAVES:
Ā Dependability: The job requires being reliable, responsible, dependable, and fulfilling obligations.
Ā Initiative: Must be a self-starter and driven.
Ā Problem Solving: Uses logic and reasoning to identify solutions and seeks alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
Ā Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ā Time Management: Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
Ā Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and Google products.
