Experienced Real Estate Bookkeeper (QuickBooks Online) – Part-Time
We're a U.S.-based real estate investment company looking for a detail-oriented, trustworthy bookkeeper who knows QuickBooks Online and understands rental income, property expenses, note investments, and holding costs.
Responsibilities include:
Entering & categorizing ~1,700 transactions from Jan–June 2025
Managing 19 bank and credit card accounts
Monthly reconciliation
Weekly check-in call to review books, ensure timely payments, and suggest cost-saving opportunities
Managing bills and flagging duplicate charges or unused subscriptions
Budget:
Catch-up: $500 for first 6 months
Ongoing: $150/month (fixed rate)
Must-Have Experience:
Working with a U.S. real estate investment business
Using QuickBooks Online
Excellent attention to detail and financial reporting
Available for a brief weekly meeting (Zoom/Google Meet)
