As a Ramp Agent, you'll be part of a team that's dedicated to ensuring the smooth operation of our airport facilities, while providing exceptional service to our customers. **Key Responsibilities** As an Experienced Ramp Agent (Customer Service Agent) - MSP, your primary responsibilities will include: * Safely lifting, loading, unloading, and transporting baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft, while ensuring timely connections by guiding incoming and departing aircraft from the gate positions. * Safeguarding cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather conditions. * Safely driving and operating ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in areas of congestion. * Operating baggage scanners and computers to ensure baggage is routed accurately to the customer's destination. * Maintaining a high level of safety awareness and adhering to all safety protocols and procedures. * Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service. **Benefits and Perks** At blithequark, we believe in sharing success with our employees.
