Key Responsibilities Perform and interpret general CT, MRI, Ultrasound, X-ray, and occasional fluoroscopy procedures Work a shift-based schedule with a mix of in-hospital and remote work Participate in shared weekend shifts with overnight work covered by a teleradiology service Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless workflow and high-quality patient care Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications Board certification in Radiology Strong skills in general CT, MRI, Ultrasound, X-ray, and fluoroscopy Ability to work in a hybrid remote environment Excellent communication and collaboration skills Preferred Qualifications Comfort with MSK MRI is a plus, although not required Experience working in a private practice or hospital-based setting What We Offer We provide a comprehensive compensation package that includes: A competitive salary of $500k (W2 employment) A $50k signing bonus for the first year Opportunity for partnership at 1 year with full voting rights and pay parity 16 weeks of vacation per year A 4-day work week Paid health insurance and malpractice Retirement 401k and health savings account Optional cash balance pension plan to accelerate retirement savings Robust internal locums opportunities to earn additional income Career Growth and Development At Pacific Imaging Associates, we're committed to supporting the professional growth and development of our radiologists.
