Key Responsibilities Lead the development of complex computer applications and systems, utilizing a range of technologies, including Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka, and MongoDB. Provide technical guidance and leadership to less experienced developers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Analyze complex business requirements and design effective technical solutions to meet business needs. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system designs, training materials, and user guides. Essential Qualifications 5+ years of programming experience, or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education. 3+ years of J2EE experience. Excellent communication, navigation, and troubleshooting skills. Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of technical design experience. Experience with full programming improvement life cycle using Agile, Iterative, and/or Waterfall methodologies. Strong proficiency in J2EE, Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka, and MongoDB. Experience with database data modeling and source control tools. Industry-standard Java certification is a plus.
