Key Responsibilities Lead the development of complex computer applications and systems, utilizing a range of technologies, including Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka, and MongoDB. Provide technical guidance and leadership to less experienced developers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Analyze complex business requirements and design effective technical solutions to meet business needs. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system designs, training materials, and user guides. Ensure that all technical solutions meet quality, security, business continuity, and compliance requirements. Essential Qualifications 5+ years of programming experience, or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education. 3+ years of J2EE experience. Strong understanding of material technology, tools, and existing systems. Ability to analyze complex business requirements and design effective technical solutions. Excellent communication, navigation, and troubleshooting skills. Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of technical design experience. Experience with full programming improvement life cycle using Agile, Iterative, and/or Waterfall methodologies. Strong proficiency in J2EE, Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka, and MongoDB. Experience with database data modeling and source control tools. Industry-standard Java certification is a plus. Skills and Competencies Strong technical skills in programming languages, including Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices. Experience with data analysis, data modeling, and data visualization tools. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
