With a strong focus on innovation, customer satisfaction, and employee well-being, arenaflex continues to thrive and expand its reach. **Key Responsibilities** As a Quality Control Data Analyst, your primary responsibilities will include: * Performing and assisting others in the Quality Control group in timely data collection, validation, and root cause analysis on data components. * Helping to create and convey results from complex data and analysis for both technical and non-technical clients and stakeholders. * Assisting in examining ad-hoc requests arising from emerging support issues and providing insightful answers to enable Senior Leadership to make informed business decisions while adjusting existing project responsibilities. * Presenting insights, patterns, and potential recommendations by utilizing data visualization tools supporting the relevant objectives of the investigation to ease partner understanding. * Helping to create and disseminate specific queries to pull and organize data from various sources, outlining the rhythm, and approving the need of the data requirements. * Recognizing irregularities in processes through reviews/audits and conveying findings to the Group. * Assessing the effectiveness of processes and techniques by observing for patterns and errors. * Ensuring that a compliance mindset is at the forefront of every decision. * May perform other work assignments as directed by Group Leader. **Essential and Preferred Qualifications** To excel in this role, you'll need: * An involved ability to collect, organize, and analyze large amounts of data with precision and accuracy. * The capacity to effectively listen, comprehend, and communicate thoughts and present written, verbal, or presentation-based information to diverse audiences. * The ability to review business issues, identify opportunities for data needs, and interpret resulting metrics. * A working knowledge of Microsoft Office. * Familiarity with data visualization tools and capacities, such as Tableau, Alteryx, and QuickBase, is preferred. * The capacity to identify the issue, summarize, and perform root cause analysis on data, and provide recommendations using logic and reasoning. * Ability to work independently in a high-pressure support/group-oriented environment. * Ability to focus on responsibilities effectively and be an autonomous problem-solver. * Past internship, capstone projects, and research coursework is preferred. * Ability to handle sensitive and confidential data appropriately. * Ability to plan and support large business initiatives. **Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess: * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities. * Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and data visualization tools. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing opportunities for growth and development.
