About the Position As a Quality Analyst at LDRM, you will be responsible for monitoring, measuring, and analyzing product and process performance to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and customer requirements. This role involves conducting audits, tracking and analyzing data to discover trends, and recommending improvements to the Quality Management System. You will also assist in maintaining training plans and facilitating training sessions as needed. Your expertise will be crucial in driving success and ensuring that our products and services meet the highest standards of quality. Key Responsibilities Collect, enter, and track trending data, analyzing data, and preparing and reporting it in meaningful ways to inform quality improvement initiatives. Meet with management to review trends analyzed with corrective action plans to address trend errors in quality and processes, ensuring that issues are addressed promptly and effectively. Work with program Trainers on the need for ad-hoc training using the trend data as a baseline for the creation of new refresher or targeted training, ensuring that our team members have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles. Conduct ad hoc quality and audit inspections of products, services, and processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with standards and regulations. Provide assessment or feedback if inspections or procedures support an opportunity for improvement, helping to drive continuous improvement and excellence. Monitor and maintain the quality management systems; communicate with the Operations team any non-compliance; recommend improvements; prepare, present, and communicate reports on organizational performance, ensuring that stakeholders are informed and engaged. Administer defect disputes; facilitate conflict resolution, execute necessary research, and ensure that issues are resolved efficiently and effectively. Assist in related Training Program activities, helping to develop and implement training programs that meet the needs of our team members and drive business success. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government SECRET clearance, ensuring that you can work with sensitive information and meet the requirements of our clients. Advanced computer skills with a working knowledge of Excel, enabling you to collect, analyze, and report data effectively. High level of attention to detail, ensuring that you can identify and address quality issues promptly and accurately. Demonstrated administrative and organizational skills, enabling you to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. Strong written and verbal command of the English language, ensuring that you can communicate effectively with stakeholders, including team members, management, and clients. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with colleagues, management, and clients, and to facilitate collaboration and teamwork. Demonstrated professional work ethic, ensuring that you are reliable, accountable, and committed to delivering high-quality results. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, enabling you to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and to contribute to team success. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: BS Degree and 4 years administration experience, providing a strong foundation in business administration and quality management. Visa Processing and/or Quality Control experience or 6 years of otherwise-related experience, demonstrating your expertise and knowledge in quality management and related fields.
