About the Role As a Provider Data Services Senior Coordinator at blithequark, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of provider data, driving process improvements, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve exceptional results. Key Responsibilities Provide functional support and perform data maintenance and cleanup for data transactions, ranging from simple to complex, to ensure seamless claims processing and provider directory management. Collaborate with various departments to guarantee high-quality provider data, driving business outcomes and customer satisfaction. Maintain and update provider demographics and contract data, including sensitive or complex transactions, in relevant systems to support claims adjudication and provider directory management. Work cooperatively with internal and external stakeholders to implement new business initiatives and complex contractual arrangements, ensuring alignment and compliance. Identify, investigate, and lead root cause analyses to drive process improvements, collaborating cross-functionally within the organization to recommend and implement enhancements. Oversee and direct reviews of provider data, escalating issues for resolution as necessary to ensure data integrity and quality. Essential Qualifications At least 1-2 years of provider-related experience, with a deep understanding of provider data management principles and practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, including Excel, to effectively manage and analyze data. Provider Data Maintenance experience, with a proven track record of ensuring data accuracy and quality. Experience in a production environment, with a strong understanding of data management systems and processes. A High School Diploma or equivalent work experience, demonstrating a strong foundation in administrative and analytical skills. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of CPB or EPDB data, with a strong understanding of provider data management systems and processes. Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and perform multiple tasks in a high-speed environment. Demonstrated success in collaborating with others to meet or exceed expectations, driving business outcomes and customer satisfaction. Experience providing clear and concise written and verbal communications, with a strong understanding of business correspondence principles.
