Job Overview As a Program Manager within the WW Business Process Re-Engineering (BPR) Product Operations Team, you will play a critical role in leading partner enablement and onboarding efforts across all Apple product lines. You will contribute to a wide range of activities, including leading manufacturing and logistics partner integration projects in coordination with various global and regional teams. These projects will contribute to the overall diversification of Apple's supply chain, and you will be responsible for crafting and implementing Apple's next-generation partner integration and collaboration platform. Key Responsibilities Manage complex large-scale global projects involving worldwide and regional resources, ensuring alignment with Apple's business objectives and supply chain strategies. Align worldwide and regional teams to ensure onboarding process and technical requirements fulfill the needs of various global Apple constituencies, including manufacturing, logistics, and product development teams. Work closely with Apple's technical team to ensure delivery of designed solutions from development to testing to cutover and support, leveraging technical expertise in enterprise software and integration technologies such as EDI, API, Web-services, FTP, and web portals. Enable critical program delivery under pressure for short windows of time to assure the delivery of highly visible cross-functional programs, demonstrating exceptional project management and leadership skills. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including business leaders, technical teams, and external partners, to drive collaboration and innovation in supply chain operations. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, with a deep understanding of supply chain processes in the electronics industry, including design, manufacturing, logistics, and reverse flow. Technical understanding of enterprise software and integration technologies, with experience in cross-functional portfolio and global program/project management and delivery. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to align both business and technical teams and build trust among these teams. Proven ability to make and build internal and external relationships, with a talent for personally delivering large-scale initiatives under pressure with high levels of complexity and ambiguity. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: 8+ years of experience working at the intersection of supply chain/logistics and technology, coupled with project/program management experience, and prior hands-on manufacturing/supply chain/logistics experience in the electronics industry and/or supply chain consulting experience. Experience in managing Asia and India suppliers/partners in an outsourced supply chain model, with additional language fluency and experience leading and developing talent. A Master's degree in Business (MBA), Information Technology, Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, with professional certifications in Project Management (PMP) and/or Supply Chain (CPIM, CSCP, CPSM, SC Pro). Compensation, Perks, and Benefits At Apple, we offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $139,200 to $209,900, depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
