The Role: Remote Customer Service Advisor

Do you love connecting with people and listening to their needs? If so, NCD has an excellent opportunity for a remote Customer Service Advisor. In this role, you'll provide top-tier phone support and assistance to our valued members — all from the comfort of your home.

This position:

• Is 100% remote, requiring a dedicated workspace free from distractions

• Includes 2-4 weeks of paid remote training

• Provides all necessary equipment

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound communication with members and providers

• Engage with clients via phone, email, and chat channels

• Review member products, answer questions about policies, coverage, and transactions

• Refer new enrollments or changes to licensed agents

• Address billing or service complaints; escalate issues as needed

• Document all interactions accurately in CRM software

• Maintain current knowledge of all company products and services

• Educate members on managing their health and maximizing benefits

• Build trust and improve member retention throughout the healthcare lifecycle

• Meet performance goals and KPIs related to call quality, member satisfaction, and productivity

• Participate in team meetings, training, and skill-building sessions

Qualifications & Skills

• 2+ years of customer service or call center experience

• College degree preferred but not required

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams

• Ability to multitask effectively across multiple platforms

• Bilingual abilities (Spanish) are a plus — bilingual employees receive additional pay
