Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Program Management Advisor to join our team. This role is located at our Remote facility, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere. As a Program Management Advisor, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support for planning, developing, organizing, and coordinating large programs and projects. You will play a critical role in driving success and achieving major innovative improvements. Key Responsibilities Research, evaluate, and recommend new technologies, methodologies, processes, and products to achieve major innovative improvements. Collect, analyze, and produce financial and performance indicators and forecasts to inform business decisions. Provide appropriate specifications for and coordination of programs that cross department/division lines, ensuring seamless collaboration and integration. Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating your flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in business or a related quantitative discipline, providing a solid foundation in analytical and problem-solving skills. Minimum of five (5) years of exempt experience in project/program management, product development, systems design/development, or business/financial planning and analysis, demonstrating your ability to drive results and achieve goals. Experience in the use of project management/planning software, enabling you to effectively plan, track, and deliver projects. Experience in planning major projects, including development of project proposals, business cases, schedules, and financial justification, showcasing your ability to think strategically and drive business growth. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities The ideal candidate will possess: Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and planning skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data, identify trends, and develop effective solutions. Knowledge of standard program and financial management techniques, including budgeting, forecasting, and risk management. Strong human relations, leadership, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, build strong relationships, and communicate complex ideas effectively. Preferred Qualifications While not required, preference will be given to candidates located in Memphis, TN, or Pittsburgh, PA.
