Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Program Customer Representative to join our International & Commercial Black Hawk Spares and Repairs Program Management Team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in managing and executing customer repair transactions, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and their needs are met efficiently and effectively. This is a hybrid telework opportunity, allowing you to work remotely and collaborate with our team to deliver world-class results. Key Responsibilities Interact with customers before and after sales to ensure their needs are met efficiently and effectively Deliver on all contractual and financial commitments, directly impacting the repairs P&L Respond to customer inquiries, providing appropriate product literature, pricing schedules, and recognizing business opportunities Resolve production, shipping, invoicing, and warranty issues while identifying and addressing additional business opportunities Collaborate with Overhaul and Repair Operations, Supply Chain, and other internal teams to ensure seamless execution of repairs Maintain ITC compliance and support cost, quality, and schedule commitments Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 2-3 years of professional experience; or 1 year of professional experience with a related Master's degree Familiarity with aerospace manufacturing, overhaul and repair operations, supply chain, engineering, or sustainment Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work under supervision and follow established procedures Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience with SAP Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel blithequark experience Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess: Proven experience in customer service, program management, or a related field Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills across diverse cultural boundaries An ability to adapt to dynamic situations while maintaining a customer-first mindset Excellent problem-solving skills and a focus on achieving results Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
