This role involves providing top-notch client care, managing and resolving complex issues related to Google Ads products, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prevent product issues, and developing tools to facilitate the troubleshooting of client issues.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional client care through advanced troubleshooting and resolution of complex issues and bugs from internal teams and Google advertisers.
Understand the evolving AI-driven nature of the Google Ads ecosystem and communicate ML model language with internal and external clients.
Engage with cross-functional partners, including business, engineering, and product teams, to build automation strategies and processes to identify and prevent product issues.
Design and develop tools to enable the troubleshooting of client issues and facilitate the investigation of standard use cases.
Collaborate with engineering teams on infrastructure launches, updates, and migrations.


Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you will need a combination of technical skills, experience, and personal qualities. The essential qualifications include:

A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
At least 3 years of experience in coding with a general-purpose programming language (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python), working with web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, HTTP, APIs), or performing data analysis and visualization using SQL-like query languages.

Preferred qualifications include experience in system design/API, programming languages including data structures and algorithms, AI fundamentals, and experience working with the Google ads platform and e-commerce products.
