The Role: Product Manager We're seeking an accomplished Product Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Product Manager at Mon Ami, you'll have the autonomy to make decisions that drive impact. You'll be working closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data, and QA, to develop and launch features that meet the evolving needs of our customers. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with engineering teams to design and develop innovative features and products, leveraging your technical expertise to inform product decisions. Work closely with customers to understand their needs, gathering feedback and insights to drive product development and improvement. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' pain points, working with the data team to inform product decisions with data-driven insights. Lead QA efforts, ensuring that products are thoroughly tested and meet the required standards. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including customers, engineering teams, and leadership, to ensure alignment and transparency. Make informed decisions about product trade-offs, balancing customer needs with technical feasibility and business objectives. Essential Qualifications 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a technical industry such as software development or healthcare. A proven track record of working collaboratively with software engineers to develop and launch successful products. Exceptional empathy and listening skills, with the ability to understand and articulate customer needs. Experience with case management, healthcare, or productivity software is a plus. Ability to work 6+ hours/day that overlap with California time (PST). Preferred Qualifications Experience in the senior services or healthcare industry, with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in this space. A background in software development or a related technical field, with the ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams.
