Job title: Mobile Device 5G Test Engineer Company: FNS Systems LLC Job description: Job description You will perform services testing, analysis, and troubleshooting of different data and voice services using wireless devices in a production environment against LTE and IMS core infrastructure. The work is performed as a real end user for VoLTE services of different services like Voice, Video, Chat, SMS, File transfer and different type of Data sessions for domestic, intercarrier and international calls, across 4G and 5G technologies. Deliverables: • Responsible for End to End service testing, Sanity Testing, Regression testing execution of network deployment analysis in identified markets and Network. • Experience in Network validation of EPC / IMS call flows as per 3GPP specs for EPC signaling flows and IMS call flows for different services. Understanding, identifying and troubleshooting call flows. • Collaborating with service architects to understand new services and identifying end to end test cases, creating TOL (Test Object list) of all impacted scenarios to be evaluated and tested in order to certify the service. • Working experience in LTE, VoLTE, VoWIFI, IMS Converged and PSTN transformation solutions for network operators. • Domain knowledge and experience on IMS architecture, EPC architecture (Network topology & LTE-EPC, IMS). • Protocol knowledge of SIP, DIAMETER, GTP, S1AP etc. and the signaling flows across the network. • Packet Analysis for VoLTE network Protocols around Wireless domain of LTE (Packet Core) and IMS network Protocols & Interfaces using tracing tools to capture DIAMETER, GTP , SIP, other LTE-EPC & IMS Protocols. • Validation with architect team to ensure the correct call flow, clearly and accurately document and discuss the discrepancies, anomalies or issues with the test case. • Experience in both IMS and EPC mobility core and working experience with IRIS, RADCOM, Wireshark tracing tools and HP ALM Quality Center. • Good understanding of testing processes/methodologies and Test Tools and well versed with test planning and acceptance phase till the point of customer sign-off. • Need to work in Kirkland office and support some field tests in Redmond/Kirkland location occasionally. Job requirements Scope: 1. GOTA 2. Device flashing, activation, performing documentation on device UX, etc. 3. QC defect database support. 4. Device app tests, and user experience tests: voice perf, data perf, and device regression test. 5. Ability to perform independently : IMS, VOlTE, RTT, 4G and 5G tests, will need some field test support. 6. Complete paperwork, device management as well as some tests.
