Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Process Associate to join our Pricing Analytics & Operations team at arenaflex. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our operations by monitoring and improving processes, identifying emerging trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence. Key Responsibilities

As a Process Associate on our Pricing Analytics & Operations team, you'll be responsible for:


Monitoring and ensuring the accuracy of our pricing analytics & operations team through regular audits and process improvement activities
Auditing operations teams' and system outputs to identify areas for improvement and implementing process/system improvements
Identifying emerging process performance trends and developing strategies to address them
Auditing, tracking, and maintaining quality metrics for assigned processes to ensure compliance with arenaflex standards
Collaborating with business, automation, and technology teams to drive operational and system improvements
Developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction
Providing regular reporting and updates to stakeholders on process performance and improvement initiatives


Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:


A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, operations, or a related field)
Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
A strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines


Preferred Qualifications

Experience in a similar role or industry
Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean)
Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
