Job Highlights and Overview As a Principal Technology Strategy Leader at AT&T, you will be responsible for leveraging your strong wireless network deployment knowledge and technical evaluation skills to drive business growth and transformation. You will utilize your research skills to work cross-functionally with various business units, quickly evaluating competitive and industry dynamics with respect to technical and economic impacts on cell towers. Your expertise will be crucial in integrating technical and strategic analysis into a synthesized set of hypotheses and conclusions, distilling complex problems into succinct and easily understood key decisions and conclusions. Key Responsibilities and Expectations Responsible for leveraging strong wireless network deployment knowledge and technical evaluation skills, including the ability to interpret disparate, complex information into a range of alternate futures for tower infrastructure needs (i.e., scenario planning, capacity, and space planning). Utilizes research skills, works cross-functionally with various business units, and quickly evaluates competitive and industry dynamics with respect to technical and economic impacts by new and different technology/technologies/spectrum on cell towers. Leverages standard corporate strategy frameworks and applies analysis from a technical perspective. Integrates both technical and strategic analysis into a synthesized set of hypotheses and conclusions. Distills core components of complex problems into succinct and easily understood set of key decisions and conclusions. Demonstrates confidence and poise in presenting hypotheses, conclusions, and recommendations to senior management. Essential Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong educational foundation, preferably a Bachelor's of Science degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Science, Electrical Engineering, or Math, or equivalent experience. You should have typically 8-10 years of experience in the wireless or telecom industry, with a strong background in RF engineering and Site Acquisition domain. Proficiency in data analysis, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights, is also essential.
