[Remote] Operations Coordinator, Eaton Hall

Clarion Events North America is one of the fastest-growing event companies in the United States, specializing in managing and producing trade and consumer events. They are seeking a highly organized Operations Coordinator to handle logistics and data management for hosted buyer events, ensuring seamless execution and excellent customer service for attendees.

Responsibilities
• Coordinate all logistical aspects of hosted buyer events, including venue coordination, signage, and onsite scheduling
• Manage shipping, receiving, and inventory of event materials
• Work closely with vendors to ensure all event requirements are met on time and within budget
• Assist in the development of schedule and run-of-show documents
• Maintain and update attendee databases with high accuracy
• Manage the "hosted buyer" matching process, ensuring data integrity across our scheduling platforms
• Generate post-event reports and analytics to measure event success and areas for improvement
• Oversee registration systems and update with each show for participants
• Act as a primary liaison for event participants (both buyers and vendors) before, during, and after the event
• Provide exceptional "white-glove" service, answering inquiries regarding travel, scheduling, and event participation
• Manage onsite registration desks and serve as a point of escalation for attendee needs

Skills
• 2+ years in event operations, project management, or a high-level administrative role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, adobe, and experience with CRM or event management software preferred
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; comfortable speaking with executive-level clientele
• Ability to think on your feet and solve logistical challenges in real-time
• Willingness to travel to event locations as required to manage onsite operations
