As a Presales Consultant – Customer Success, you will play a critical role in building strong relationships with our customers, understanding their business challenges, and demonstrating the value of our software solutions. **Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Presales Consultant – Customer Success to join our team in the North American region. As a key member of our Presales team, you will work directly with customers to identify their business problems and pain points, demonstrate the business benefits of our software, and foster relationships to build trust.
