About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Polish Language Chat Support specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Polish IM Chat Support representative, you will play a vital role in facilitating interactive and creative communication with our customers/subscribers through Instant Messaging. Your primary objective will be to provide a personalized experience that meets the subscriber's/user's needs, while identifying areas for improvement in the sales process and systems to ensure greater sales effectiveness and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer support through Instant Messaging, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and concerns.
Utilize your excellent Polish communication skills to engage with customers, understand their needs, and offer personalized solutions that enhance their experience.
Collaborate with our virtual team to achieve sales targets, share best practices, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our sales processes and systems.
Work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating self-motivation, discipline, and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Maintain a reliable internet connection and utilize your computer/laptop to perform job responsibilities efficiently.

Proficient speaker of the Polish language: You should have native-level proficiency in Polish, with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
