Job Summary As a Remote Data Entry Executive – Ground Operations Agent at Allegiant Airlines, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including data entry, customer service, and ground operations support. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all customer needs are met, and that our flights operate smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Process tickets, check-in customers, and screen luggage for size and weight Provide information on flight schedules, boarding procedures, and travel policies to customers Assist with marshalling aircraft and push-back operations Handle denied boarding conditions, request volunteers, and re-accommodate customers Provide assistance to customers with special needs, including those requiring help with loading and unloading luggage Operate ground support equipment, including belt loaders, tug vehicles, and deicers Maintain safety and security protocols, and monitor security-sensitive areas Ensure compliance with Allegiant Airlines and airport regulations Perform various additional tasks as assigned Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; GED preferred At least 1 year of customer service experience in a related field, preferably in the airline industry Valid driver's license and a minimum age of 18 Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English Pass a background check and obtain any necessary security clearances Authorization to work in the US, as described by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986 Preferred Qualifications Basic computer skills and experience with office equipment People-oriented with a positive and professional demeanor Availability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards Willingness to attend required training and development programs Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Allegiant Airlines, we're committed to the growth and development of our employees.
