Our team of healthcare professionals is dedicated to providing comprehensive, evidence-based care to our patients, and we are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physician Assistant to join our team. **Why Work at arenaflex?** * Independence to practice with autonomy and support from a team of experienced healthcare professionals * Flexibility with scheduling and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Balance between clinical and administrative responsibilities * Access to cutting-edge technology, training, and resources to support your practice * Evidence-based guidelines and access to evaluation and treatment planning tools to enhance patient care * Opportunities for professional growth and development in a supportive and collaborative environment * Patient charting and follow-up completed in the clinic during the shift, with no work taken home **Responsibilities:** * Provide comprehensive and family-centered care, including precise evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, management of medical conditions, health advising, and behavior anticipating our patients * Perform managerial duties, including but not limited to opening/closing the clinic, inventory, patient flow, checking insurance and collecting payment, maintaining a clean environment * Be responsible for managing patient schedules and performing steering assessments to ensure positive patient health outcomes * Perform duties including talking with patients about healthy lifestyle choices, completing diagnostic tests to help diagnose and treat patients for injuries or illnesses, and coordinating with other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive plan of care * Encourage patients to become active participants in their healthcare and wellness through services like health screenings, social health, and health, ongoing conditions management **Required Capabilities:** * Provide comprehensive, evidence-based care, including precise evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, management of medical conditions, health advising, and behavior making arrangements for our patients * This includes education and treatment for pregnancy prevention, sexually transmitted infection (STI) prevention, and safer sex practices * Request and administer vaccinations and injections (including but not limited to COVID-19, flu, TB, and Depo) and provide evidence-based patient/parent vaccination guidance and education * At least two years of clinically relevant experience or the same * Complete the Spock affirmation test within 30 days of employment * Depending on the market, the ability to be proficient in both speaking and writing in additional languages, not limited to but including Spanish * Essential Life Support (BLS) certification, including but not limited to performing mouth-to-mouth and operating a Mechanical External Defibrillator (AED) * Pass a FIT assessment and wear the provided respirator mask when required **Preferred Capabilities:** * If under 1 year of work experience as a licensed provider, earlier student precepting experience with arenaflex is preferred but not required **Education:** * Graduate degree-level Family Nurse Practitioner program with current Public Board Accreditation and State of Practice license to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role * Or in select states, a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies (or other health-related graduate degree or comparable experience along with Four-year education in science in Physician Assistant Studies) with current Public Board Accreditation and State of Practice license to practice in the job **What We Offer:** * Competitive hourly rate of $25-$35 * Opportunities for professional growth and development in a supportive and collaborative environment * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance * Paid time off and holidays * Access to cutting-edge technology and resources to support your practice * A dynamic and supportive work environment with a focus on innovation and quality **How to Apply:** If you are a motivated and compassionate healthcare professional looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity, please apply to this role by clicking the link below.
