About the Role We're seeking an experienced Pharmacy Technician Program Manager to oversee our specialty pharmacy programs, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer service. As a key member of our operations team, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including pharmaceutical manufacturers and partners. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving program success, fostering strong relationships, and maintaining the highest standards of patient care. Key Responsibilities Program Management: Oversee assigned programs, ensuring contractual obligations are met, and KPIs are achieved. Collaborate with internal teams, including Clinical Operations and National Account Management, to drive program success. Liaison and Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for pharmaceutical manufacturers, partners, and internal stakeholders. Provide timely updates, address concerns, and resolve issues efficiently. Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze program data, generate reports, and provide insights to stakeholders. Develop and present professional presentations to internal and external audiences. Training and Development: Assist in the development of training programs, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements and company policies. Customer Service: Foster strong relationships with internal and external customers, promoting exceptional customer service and a positive image of the company. Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve complex issues, collaborating with internal teams to drive resolution and prevent future occurrences. Process Improvement: Continuously monitor and improve internal processes, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company policies and procedures. Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred. Current unrestricted state pharmacy technician registration/licensure. National or state pharmacy technician certification per applicable State Board of Pharmacy requirements. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to work with all levels of internal and external teams. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines. Preferred Qualifications Experience in specialty pharmacy or a related field. Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry trends and developments. Previous experience in program management or a similar role. Strong business acumen and credibility with colleagues and external stakeholders.
