Job Overview
As a Pharmacy Technician and Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our clients and members. Your primary responsibilities will include responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing administrative support to our Clinical Care, Account Management, and Executive teams. Key Responsibilities

Respond to member and client inquiries via phone, email, or website, providing timely and effective solutions to their concerns
Process claims, troubleshoot claim processing problems, and communicate issues to the management team as needed
Provide administrative support to Clinical Care, Account Management, and Executive teams, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer service
Become proficient in all aspects of the claims adjudication system, utilizing your knowledge to resolve complex issues and improve processes
Complete new/renewal Prior Authorization requests for specialty and non-specialty drugs, ensuring that members receive the medications they need
Reach out to members to assist in changing their prescriptions to more cost-effective generic alternatives, promoting affordable healthcare solutions
Assist members in need of copay assistance for brand medications, providing guidance and support throughout the process
Create and mail Brand Care letters, ensuring that members are informed about their medication options and benefits
Perform QA testing for client transitions and changes, guaranteeing a smooth and efficient experience for our clients
Complete the pharmacy contact sheet for fax notifications, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely communication
Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating your flexibility and commitment to the team's success


Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

Customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support and resolving complex issues
Knowledge of claims processing, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes

Excellent communication and customer relations skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, members, and team members

Pharmacy technician experience, with a strong understanding of prescription benefits, claims processing, and pharmaceutical terminology
