Job Overview: Remote Customer Support Pharmacist - Centralized Services

We're seeking an experienced Pharmacist to join our Centralized Services team as a Remote Customer Support specialist. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in driving patient wellbeing outcomes, executing medical services procedures, and ensuring compliance with clinical pharmacy services. This is a full-time, remote opportunity that offers a competitive salary of $25/hour, with the flexibility to work from anywhere.

Key Responsibilities


Execute direct patient care programs, including Drug Treatment Management programs, Vaccination Services, and Payer and Pharma Adherence and Clinical Projects.
Drive the execution of various marketing strategies and projects to ensure business needs are being met.
Ensure compliance and continuous quality improvement in the delivery of clinical pharmacy patient care and services.
Drive regional pharmacy financial performance by aligning business strategies to company financial goals.
Enhance patient experience by increasing focus on healthcare services, such as patient counseling, prescription management, and medication therapy reviews.
Provide expertise, resources, training, and support to pharmacists and field management.
Conduct data and clinical reviews, making necessary adjustments to ensure accuracy and propriety of medications.
Review patient profiles to ensure proper and safe medication treatment, providing individualized patient/supplier counseling.
Respond to patient inquiries, transactions, and issues related to patient care.
Provide clinical consultation and information to patients, physicians, and insurance plans as needed.
Perform other work consistent with the job obligations as assigned by management.


Essential Qualifications


Current Pharmacist license as granted by the appropriate state licensing authority.
Experience motivating colleagues to investigate and resolve issues.
Experience working with confidential data.
Ability to work non-standard hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Experience utilizing time management skills, such as prioritizing/coordinating and following details and meeting deadlines.
Experience developing strategies to achieve goals with minimal supervision.
Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction.
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).


Preferred Qualifications


Ability to obtain other state pharmacist licenses if necessary.
Knowledge of insurance plans.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
