Key Responsibilities Collaborate with Fitness Leaders to develop and implement a business plan that drives growth and success Provide exceptional personal training services to clients, including initial consultations, fitness assessments, and customized exercise programs Maintain a clean, safe, and organized fitness environment, ensuring equipment is in working order and surfaces are sanitized Utilize Club Ready software to manage client files, schedules, and progress, and provide timely feedback to Fitness Directors Participate in weekly team meetings, sharing best practices and contributing to the growth and development of the team Engage in marketing strategies to promote personal training services, attract new clients, and retain existing ones Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, pursuing ongoing education and professional development Essential Qualifications and Skills To succeed as a Personal Trainer at Healthtrax, you'll need: A current PT certification from a nationally recognized organization (NSCA, ACSM, NASM, ACE) and CPR/AED certification A Bachelor's Degree in a related field (preferred but not required) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members Strong time management and follow-up skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Club Ready platform (a plus) A proven track record of obtaining and retaining clients, with at least 3 years of experience as a CPT Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications can enhance your application: Experience working with diverse client populations and creating customized exercise programs Knowledge of current industry trends and research-based practices Previous experience with sales and marketing strategies in a fitness setting What We Offer At Healthtrax, we believe in rewarding our Personal Trainers for their hard work and dedication.
