Key Responsibilities Managing Client Relationships: Foster strong connections with Personal Lines clients by delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring their needs are met, and building long-term relationships. Insurance Applications and Renewals: Prepare and market new and renewal risks, ensuring seamless transitions and maximizing client satisfaction. Contract Review and Certificate Issuance: Review contracts and issue Certificates of Insurance (COIs) with precision, adhering to client requirements and industry standards. Quote Management: Obtain and review quotes, ensuring competitive pricing and comprehensive coverage for clients. Policy Administration: Bind and check policies, request endorsements, and perform other administrative tasks to ensure accurate and efficient policy management. Independent Agency Management Systems: Utilize industry-leading systems like EPIC, AMS360, Sagitta, or Hawksoft to manage client accounts, process transactions, and maintain data integrity. Proficiency in EPIC is highly sought after. Essential Qualifications To succeed as a Personal Lines Account Manager at WAHVE, you'll need: Extensive Insurance Experience: A minimum of 25 years of full-time work experience, with at least 10 years of recent Personal Lines Property & Casualty insurance experience. Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Personal Lines insurance products, including policy administration, underwriting, and claims handling. Technical Skills: Familiarity with independent agency management systems, preferably EPIC, AMS360, Sagitta, or Hawksoft. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues. Preferred Qualifications While not mandatory, the following skills and experience can enhance your application: EPIC Experience: Proficiency in EPIC is highly valued, given the current demand for experts with this skill. Insurance Industry Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as CIC or CPCU, can demonstrate your expertise and commitment to the field. Remote Work Experience: Previous experience working remotely or managing virtual teams can be beneficial in this role.
