About the Role
As a Part-Time Research/Teaching Assistant Support - Acoustics Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the research and teaching activities of our faculty members and students. Your primary duties will include:
Conducting research and collecting data under the guidance of a research principal investigator
Interpreting and analyzing research data to inform research progress and outcomes
Reporting on the status of research activities and maintaining ongoing communication with research principal investigators
Meeting with research principal investigators to discuss research progress and address any challenges or concerns
Performing other duties as assigned by research principal investigators
Additionally, as a Teaching/Learning Assistant, you will be responsible for:
Grading student assignments and exams in a timely and accurate manner
Responding to and returning student work in a timely manner
Holding regular office hours to support student learning and engagement
Attending lectures if required by faculty supervisors to ensure a comprehensive understanding of course materials
Consulting with faculty supervisors to resolve administrative, grading, or other issues related to the course
Performing other duties as assigned by faculty supervisors
