Key Responsibilities: Delivering Exceptional Client Care As a Part-Time Remote Therapist with our organization, you'll play a critical role in delivering high-quality therapy sessions to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include: Conducting part-time therapy sessions (8-24 hours weekly) with a primary focus on client interaction (85%). Employing evidence-based therapeutic methods, including CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI, to deliver tailored care to clients. Leveraging technology to provide data-driven care and modify therapeutic approaches based on client progress. Collaborating with other mental health professionals and facilitating referrals as necessary to ensure comprehensive care. Required Skills: Expertise in Evidence-Based Therapies and Technology To excel in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential skills: Proficiency in delivering evidence-based psychotherapies and teletherapy. A strong aptitude for integrating technology into practice to enhance client care. Excellent communication abilities to work effectively with fellow mental health providers. Qualifications: Meeting the Highest Standards of Clinical Excellence To join our team, you'll need to meet the following qualifications: A valid California license as an LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD). A minimum of two years of clinical experience working with adult populations (18+). Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and accurate documentation practices. A commitment to professional ethics, policies, and procedures. Preferred Qualifications: Enhancing Your Clinical Expertise While not mandatory, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Experience with diverse client populations and presenting issues. Knowledge of various therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices. A background in utilizing technology to enhance client care. Compensation and Benefits: A Comprehensive Package We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package to our Part-Time Remote Therapists, including: A competitive hourly rate of $70. W2 employment with a manageable caseload of 7-20 clients weekly. Evening working hours (4 pm - 9 pm, Monday to Friday) with weekends free.
