Key Responsibilities Develop and schedule engaging posts for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube that highlight our services, culture, and industry expertise. Create eye-catching visuals and captions aligned with our brand voice. Respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner. Build relationships with followers and foster a positive online community. Monitor engagement metrics and track the performance of campaigns. Provide insights and recommendations to improve social media strategies. Work with leadership and team members to align social media content with company goals. Brainstorm and implement innovative social media campaigns to enhance brand awareness. Stay updated on social media trends and suggest creative ideas to keep our brand relevant. Essential Qualifications Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent required. 2+ years of experience managing social media accounts (business or personal brand). Skills and Competencies Proficient in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.). Experience using social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite). Basic graphic design skills (Canva or Adobe Spark preferred). Strong writing and editing skills.
