This part-time, remote position offers the flexibility to work from home, requiring less than 4 hours a day. Job Description As a Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will be a vital part of our content operations team, focusing on the input and management of various data sets related to our expansive library of films and television shows. Your role will involve the careful transcribing of data, ensuring accuracy and consistency across multiple systems and platforms. You’ll be responsible for entering information related to content metadata, audience statistics, and other essential data points that help maintain the quality and integrity of our catalog. Key Responsibilities Accurately entering and updating content metadata in the database. Verifying the integrity of data before and after entry. Assisting with data quality assessment and implementing corrective measures as needed. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely data processing. Generating reports as required by management. Maintaining an organized filing system for easy retrieval of documents and information. Participating in training sessions to stay updated on software and procedural changes. Requirements To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred. Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and data entry software. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
