As a key member of our data management team, you'll be responsible for maintaining our database by entering new and updated customer and account information. You'll work independently with minimal supervision, managing multiple tasks concurrently, and ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of your work.

**Responsibilities**

As a Part-Time Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

* Entering customer and account data from source documents within time limits, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of your work.
* Compiling, verifying accuracy, and sorting information, using your attention to detail and analytical skills to ensure data quality.
* Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities if possible, and ensuring that all data is up-to-date and accurate.
* Using software to input, edit, save, and back up, and retrieve data, ensuring that all data is secure and easily accessible.
* Maintaining confidentiality and security of client information, adhering to arenaflex's strict data protection policies.
* Regular communication with team members regarding data changes or updates, ensuring seamless collaboration and data sharing.
* Participating in team meetings and trainings, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
* Ensuring regular backups to prevent data loss, maintaining the integrity and security of our database.
