Job Description The Integrated Data Analyst will serve as a subject matter expert for all Integrated Data Collection and Analysis Tool (IDCAT) related analyses, including Advanced Qualification Program (AQP) support. This role will analyze data collected from critical safety programs to provide concise, indicative insights through the Data Integration Group (DIG). The successful candidate will also support the analytical needs of Flight Ops Safety and perform administrative IDCAT responsibilities to ensure relevant data collection, software reliability, and customer assistance. Key Responsibilities Ensure timely and accurate submission of monthly reports Administer all aspects of the IDCAT software, including customer support and feedback monitoring Support Integrated Data Collection and Analysis Tool (IDCAT) software-related administrative tasks Download Tableau data to the blithequark server and populate current dashboards Analyze, create, and visualize data in Tableau workbooks/dashboards Categorize and organize Instructor/Evaluator measured devices and feedback for assessment Support IDCAT observation form format and generate/create data collection paperwork inside the software Perform regular training data analyses and identify gaps in effectiveness in current training programs Assist in quarterly data review and provide assessment support for the Data Integration Agency (DIG) and AQP Essential Qualifications Bachelor's Degree required Intermediate analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate data with attention to detail and accuracy Broad knowledge of database management, analysis of large and complex databases, and data visualization skills required (Tableau, Alteryx, etc.) Knowledge of integrating qualitative and quantitative datasets Intermediate knowledge of statistics and math concepts Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite; experience in developing presentations and strong writing, speaking, and presentation skills Preferred Qualifications Intermediate level experience in data analysis and visualization, project management, and Tableau data visualization Complex dataset analysis experience Knowledge of enterprise operations and proficiency in building relationships with all levels of employees Excellent partnering, communication, and negotiation skills in working with different teams and departments Ability to resolve complex problems and perform tasks with minimal supervision Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
