Job Overview As a Customer Care Specialist II at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients and partners. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers, respond to inquiries, and provide timely and effective solutions to their vehicle titling and registration needs. Key Responsibilities Reply to email messages, faxes, and service tickets in a timely and professional manner Engage with customers to determine their needs and provide personalized support and solutions Respond to inquiries on vehicle titling and registration processes for various dealers, state motor vehicle agencies, customers, and clients Make outbound calls to dealers and state motor vehicle agencies (DMVs) to obtain vehicle title status and follow up on pending requests Utilize company proprietary software for research, data entry, and account follow-up activity Follow instructions and maintain workflow standards to ensure high-quality service and productivity Attain production and quality goals, and adhere to all company policies and procedures Education and Experience To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong foundation in customer service and a solid understanding of vehicle titling and registration processes. The ideal candidate will have: A High School Diploma/GED and 3 years of experience in a related field, or a combination of education and experience that demonstrates your ability to perform the job requirements At least one year of experience in a customer service position, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and support Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers and provide clear and concise solutions Intermediate knowledge of PC software applications, including MS Office, Excel, and Outlook Data entry skills, with the ability to type 35 WPM or greater at 99.6% accuracy Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following skills and knowledge will be considered an asset: Knowledge of client requirements for DMV and related documents Knowledge of various state DMV forms and their usage by the company Knowledge of company proprietary software Knowledge of state abbreviations Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a range of skills and competencies, including: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and provide effective solutions Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high volume of calls and requests Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and support Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
