As a Part-Time Remote Customer Service / Sales Representative, you'll be the central point of contact for our customers and the internal sales team, managing a variety of tasks crucial to maintaining smooth customer service and sales operations. **Job Summary** As a Central Processor, you'll be responsible for managing and responding to emails, answering and handling incoming phone calls, running multiple reports, gathering necessary information and documents to create customer orders, and creating detailed work orders.
