Position Overview: We are seeking a full-time Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) to join our growing telehealth therapy team. In this role, you will provide one-on-one virtual counseling and support to adults and seniors. You will help clients navigate emotional and social challenges, develop coping strategies, and achieve greater stability and well-being. Responsibilities: • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop individualized care plans. • Provide ongoing therapy and support sessions via secure telehealth platforms. • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system. • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate and monitor services. • Uphold professional and ethical standards in all aspects of care delivery. Qualifications: • Active LMSW license in New York State (required). • Minimum of 1 year of experience providing therapy or social work services (preferred). • Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills. • Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
