About This Role: Your Opportunity to Shine

As a Customer Service Representative in our Investment Protection Center, you will serve as the vital link between arenaflex and our valued clients who hold brokerage accounts. What You Will Do: Key Responsibilities

As an integral member of our Investment Protection Center team, you will be responsible for:


Client Service Excellence: Serve clients with brokerage accounts over the phone, providing knowledgeable and empathetic support for their investment-related inquiries. You will build lasting relationships while addressing customer concerns with patience and expertise.

Problem Resolution: Act as a front-line problem solver, addressing customer concerns promptly and effectively. You will identify opportunities for service improvement and propose strategies to resolve both internal and external customer issues, ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression.

Product and Service Promotion: Work in a contact environment to promote products and financial services appropriately, helping customers understand the full range of offerings available to them while meeting their unique financial needs.

Risk Management: Manage risks diligently by following all policies and procedures meticulously and staying informed of regulatory changes and updates that affect our clients and operations.

Digital Services Guidance: Provide expert advice on digital services including online submission of declarations and documents, electronic signature capabilities, and other digital opportunities that enhance the customer experience.

Knowledge Development: Maintain in-depth industry knowledge and conduct extensive research to resolve complex client questions with accuracy and confidence.


What We're Looking For: Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:


Experience: Two or more years of customer service experience, financial services experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through employment, training, military service, or education.

Communication Skills: Effective verbal, written, and personal communication skills that enable you to connect with customers from diverse backgrounds and explain complex financial concepts in understandable terms.

Technical Proficiency: Ability to monitor multiple computer windows and applications simultaneously, with strong skills in using search tools to find information efficiently. Basic Microsoft Office skills are essential.

Stakeholder Management: Ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders and customers, maintaining professionalism under pressure.

Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve computer problems and technical issues that may arise during customer interactions.
