The Role As a part-time, remote Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in providing top-notch support to our customers. You'll be responsible for handling Tier 1 customer calls, emails, and voice mails, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing clear and concise communications.Your primary goal will be to build and maintain excellent customer relationships, identify opportunities for technical support, and work seamlessly with our Tier 2 team to resolve complex issues. Key Responsibilities: * Answer customer questions and requests for supplies, service, and troubleshoot 1st-level technical issues via inbound calls and/or voice mails, emails, and alerts. * Provide clear and concise communications and follow up with customers on company schedules, requested lead and delivery times.* Work with the Tier 2 team to pass escalated customer technical issues quickly and efficiently. * Track, route, and escalate unresolved issues to management. * Remain current on constant process updates and technology used within the company. * Perform duties with awareness and in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. * Perform other duties as directed by management.
