With a focus on web and cloud application support, we're constantly pushing the boundaries of what's possible in customer service. **The Role** As a Part-Time Remote Customer Service Agent, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional support to our patients and customers. Your primary responsibility will be to answer patient inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and a solutions-focused approach. You'll be the go-to expert for resolving billing and account-related issues, updating insurance coverage, and arranging financial agreements.
