Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Part-Time General Warehouse Associate to join our team in a flexible scheduling role. As a General Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for processing customer orders by picking the correct part and quantity to ensure the highest quality standards are met for customer orders around the world. This is an essential onsite position that requires a strong and diverse skillset in relevant areas to drive success. Our available schedules include: 5:00 AM - 9:00 AM 9:30 AM - 1:30 PM 1:30 PM - 5:30 PM 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM Your schedule for the first two weeks of training will be Monday to Friday, from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Key Responsibilities As a General Warehouse Associate, your key responsibilities will include: Picking parts in an assigned zone, quickly and accurately Inspecting and receiving product Prepackaging product for bin/emergency stock Inspecting quality of the product before prepackaging Performing packaging tasks, including reviewing pack lists, verifying correct parts, boxing product, and preparing for shipping Assembling cables and battery packs Cutting tape and reel product into sale package quantities Shipping and processing orders Acting as a liaison between Sales, Customer Service, and PDC, answering product questions and handling customer change-order requests Investigating customer complaints regarding shipment errors and updating inventory stock levels Performing inventory counts and updating system as required Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience To be successful in this role, you will need: Ability to read, write, and communicate in English Basic computer navigation and typing skills Ability to actively participate as a team member to meet departmental goals Ability to provide a positive, professional, and enthusiastic outlook Demonstrated ability to multi-task and change focus quickly Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently Dependable, responsible contributor committed to excellence and success Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship Must have a High School Diploma or GED Physical Requirements This role requires: Regular and consistent attendance due to the need to access physical equipment Ability to perform repetitive hand, wrist, and arm motion Capable of spending 8-10 hours walking/standing on concrete Regularly lift up to 35 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. from floor to shoulder height Ability to twist or bend and occasionally climb stairs Ability to reach with hands and arms above shoulder level Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive starting base pay rate of $17.00 per hour, plus comprehensive benefits, including a $500 sign-on bonus paid after 90 days of employment.
