About the Role We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Part-Time Data Maintenance and Customer Support Specialist to join our team remotely in Netherlands, Spain, France, or Italy. As a permanent contract employee, you will work 25 hours per week, spread across five days (Monday to Friday). Key Responsibilities: Data Administration: Log and convey data recorded and transmitted by customers into our systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Data Acquisition: Assist workshop customers through active acquisition of data and information retrieval/procurement, providing excellent customer service. Access Management: Create customer accounts for access to our online information systems, ensuring seamless user experience. Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via email, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries. Your Profile To succeed in this role, you should possess: First Experience in Customer Contact: Previous experience in interacting with customers, either in a call center or customer support environment. Microsoft Office Skills: Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. IT Affinity: Confident handling of work on the PC, with basic knowledge of IT systems and software. Language Skills: Fluency in German and English language skills (B1 or higher level).
