A Day in the Life of a Customer Service Representative In this critical role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking information about their dental insurance benefits, claims, and other related inquiries. Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment will enable you to provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer concerns.
