The role can be either fully remote or hybrid, where you will work from home on certain days and visit the office on others. arenaflex will provide all the necessary equipment for you to work remotely, ensuring a seamless and productive experience.

Key Responsibilities

Enter data into internal and external systems with high accuracy and efficiency, meeting deadlines and productivity standards.
Input and load client employee payroll information and personal details into databases in a timely manner, ensuring that clients can process their payroll without delays.
Update client and company-level information, such as delivery addresses and contact details, to maintain accurate and up-to-date account information.
Input State Unemployment Insurance rate changes to ensure the integrity of client taxes and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Perform other data entry tasks as required, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our data management processes.


Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent.
At least 1 year of experience in Data Entry, demonstrating your ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Basic Excel skills and computer knowledge, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and software.
